Where English ends today: this website and our support are in English, the application itself is still in Czech and the contract documents are Czech and binding. Invoicing and paperwork
Issued and received invoices, QR payment, credit notes, reverse charge, invoices in EUR at the official rate. The monthly close hands your accountant everything at once — in Czechia including the VAT return and control statement as the file the tax portal expects.
Bank and cash flow
Fio bank statements every morning, payments matched to invoices by variable symbol, a clear list of money that left the account without a document, cash book and forecast.
Mailbox with AI
Firmbot reads your company mailboxes, sorts what arrived, turns invoice attachments into documents and pulls a contact out of a signature. One credit per message.
